November 30, 2010, the No.2 hot-dip galvanizing line passed load test and started up for the carbon steel 1800mm Cold Mill of Jiuquan Steel(JISCO), built by CISDI on EPC mode. June 17, 2010, the No.1 hot-dip galvanizing line was started up. All the equipment runs normally after individual commissioning and combined load test, achieving designed indicators. Both galvanizing lines have been put into production as desired.

The final product will be high-end automobile sheet, leading technology in China, and filling the gap of galvanizing line with high requirement of specifications in western China. CISDI is responsible for both lines’ workshop building civil and steel structure construction, domestic equipment package supply and all the equipment installation. CISDI is active in providing optimizations and solutions to the project problems in facing up with steel price rise-up and world’s financial downturn.
